Education:
PhD and MA in Sociology from Aalborg University

Field of research:
My research area is youth mental health and how societal, cultural, and technological transformations affect the well-being of contemporary youth. In particular, my research focuses on achievement demands/pressure, gender, and social media. Moreover, I study how these three aspects interact and shape conditions of the everyday life of young people and how these conditions lead to suffering and declining mental health.
