Education:
MSc in Social Intervention Studies from Institute of People and Technology at Roskilde University. Social intervention means to break into people’s lives with socially meaningful changes. Research within this field includes design, planning, completion and evaluation of social interventions.
In my thesis, I researched how efforts aimed at promoting employment could accommodate some of the challenges that the youth in vulnerable positions experience in connection to their opportunities for participation and community building.
Field of work:
I am a research assistant on the research project called “Ny udsathed – Mod tidsvarende forklaringer på den stigende udsathed blandt unge og indsatser der fremme livsduelighed”.
The project aims to understand why young people ends up in vulnerable positions. Another aim is to produce practice-oriented knowledge of how to support the youth in being capable of meeting life’s challenges.
