Cæcilie Sloth Laursen

Education:
Cand.It in Digital Innovation and Management from the IT University of Copenhagen. Here I studied how digitalization shapes our society, organizations, and practices, as well as the possibilities and challenges that follow digital change and innovation.  

Field of work:
I work as a research assistant on the research- and development project RADAR (Risks and working environment among young workers on the new digital labor markets - a collaborative research project). 

The aim of the project is to generate knowledge about young people’s labor and working environment on new digital labor markets. The project draws on qualitative interviews with 20 young adults aged 18-30, who all find work through a digital platform. The young people work for instance as Wolt couriers, freelancers, YouTubers, or gamers.
